If a certificate is found to be invalid or fraudulent, FICPL will notify relevant stakeholders, including the organization claiming certification.
We may request immediate corrective measures from the organization or take steps to address misrepresentation.
In cases of malpractice, FICPL informs NABCB (and, if necessary, the IAF) to uphold the integrity of the certification system.
