When using the First Wave International Certifications logo and accreditation body marks, clients must comply with the following conditions:
Logo Specifications and Presentation
Color and Format Standards

The FICPL logo must be reproduced in its exact original colors and proportions

Alternative formats permitted: grayscale or black and white versions only

The logo may be proportionally enlarged or reduced while maintaining minimum legibility standards

Minimum size requirement: 10mm height to ensure clear readability of all text elements

Single-color reproduction is acceptable when necessary

Logo usage is restricted to materials directly related to the certified scope as specified in the Registration Schedule

Product Labeling Requirements When placing certification marks on product labels, the following text must be prominently displayed and clearly linked to the certification mark:
"Manufactured/supplied/designed/developed under a quality management system certified as complying with [applicable standard: ISO 9001/ISO 27001/ISO 27701/ISO 20000-1]"
Prohibited Product Applications
Direct Product Marking

Certification marks must not be placed directly on products without appropriate explanatory text

Marks cannot be used on individual product packaging without required disclaimers

No usage that suggests individual product conformity rather than system certification
Application Definitions
Individual Products : Tangible products, individual packages, test reports, calibration certificates, or inspection reports intended for end users.
Transportation Packaging : Secondary packaging (cardboard boxes, shipping containers) not typically reaching end consumers.
Marketing Materials : Pamphlets, brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.
Required Statement Format : Clear declaration that products were manufactured under a certified quality management system complying with relevant ISO standards.

Enforcement Actions
Violation Consequences First Wave International Certifications reserves the right to:

Suspend certification pending corrective action

Withdraw registration certificates

Take legal action for trademark infringement
